00:34Local Water Utilities Administration is a government-owned and controlled corporation that supervises water districts.
00:41Based on Rappler's tally, around 100 of these districts made deals with prime water during the Duterte administration.
00:48Bulacan Province, particularly San Jose del Monte City, was the first to declare multiple investigations into prime water at both the provincial and city levels.
00:56Other towns also tried to challenge their prime water deal in court, but failed.
