00:34iconic Kennon Road and into Camp John Hay in Baguio City. The Aritao Nueva Ecija local seemingly came
00:40from nowhere surprising spectators as he climbed his way up Benguet's steep and winding roads.
00:45This year's edition of the Tour of Luzon sees the revival of the famous race after a long hiatus.
