00:00Visayas leaves Pag-ibig Housing Loan Achievement Nationwide with the region accounting for a 15.74 billion peso share out of the 129.7 billion peso released by the Pag-ibig Fund for more than 90,000 housing units.

00:21Visayas has lagged the highest achievement rate among the regions nationwide in housing loans from the Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-ibig Fund.
00:32The Pag-ibig Fund released P129.7 billion for 90,640 housing units in 2024 through the Housing Loan Program, a 3% increase from 2023.
00:45Of the total, Visayas has a share of P15.74 billion, financing P10,598 housing units or 12% of Pag-ibig Fund's overall housing loan.
00:58Pag-ibig Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilyn Acosta emphasized the agency's commitment to uplifting Filipino lives through accessible home financing.
