ACM journalists take us behind the scenes of the federal election campaign trail.
Transcript
00:00Well, I'm on the campaign trail with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
00:04Good morning from Perth. It's about 6am and the sun has not yet come up.
00:08We've jumped back in the bus and then headed back here to the other side of Melbourne
00:11before we get on the plane and see where we go through next.
00:14Quick drive to Mossvale in New South Wales here on a beautiful rainy Tuesday afternoon.
00:19He sort of gave a very long explanation to a question and then abruptly cut the press
00:34conference short. We're now about to get back on the bus and head back to Canberra.
00:39A few questions from reporters. You can tell that he's getting quite aggravated,
00:45pretty exhausted at this point of the campaign.
00:49It was a very moving ceremony on the camp.
00:52Anthony Albanese is in the resources rich state of Western Australia.
00:55And that's why I've been such a regular visitor.
00:59And then it's off to who knows where. We're not told where we're going.
01:02We've just given some rough kind of times and an indication of how long the journey we're in for.
01:09After jumping between four cities in one day a year, it's been a much more contained affair.
