00:00Hello, I'm Jill Buchanan, the editor of the Falkirk Herald, and I'm here to tell you about some of the stories that are making the headlines in our print edition, which is on sale now.
00:10This week we'll lead with the news that processing of crude oil has finally stopped at the Grangemouth refinery over 100 years since it began, and with the loss of over 400 jobs.
00:20We've got the details and reaction to what has been called a sad day for the district and for Scotland.
00:25Falkirk Council has written to parents and carers of youngsters at Madison Primary to say that it is very unlikely that the Hughes Repair Project will be completed in time for pupils and staff to return in August.
00:39Around 500 pupils and 50 staff have been relocated to other schools since storm damage in January uncovered major defects in the building.
00:49And talking of schools, we've got all the results from this year's annual prize giving at Braise High School.
00:55Motorists have been stuck in their cars for longer than usual as they try to navigate their way around Falkirk District due to lots of road work this week.
01:04This includes an Arnott Street being closed for emergency repairs to a water main, and the bridge at Lock 16 in Camlin closed to vehicles and pedestrians for upgrading work to the 4th and Clyde Canal.
01:16We have a picture spread from last Saturday's parade and ceremony when the Freedom of Falkirk Honour was bestowed on the three colliers.
01:23We've also details of two charity supporters pushing themselves to the limit.
01:29One bone S man is cycling home from Morocco, while a young pregnant mum aims to walk 100 miles in May in memory of her dad and fundraising for pancreatic cancer charities.
01:39Once again, we've lots of faces in this week's edition, with daytime dancers enjoying their time at a Falkirk nightclub with former Spandau Valley star Martin Kemp,
01:50and lots of afternoon tea events raising much-needed cash for Strathcarten Hospice.

02:14In sport, all eyes are on Falkirk's game against Hamilton on Friday evening as they bid for the championship title,
