Duo slapped with multiple charges for throwing Molotov cocktails, animal cruelty

Two men were charged at separate Sessions Courts in Ipoh on Friday (May 2) with five counts of mischief by fire and throwing Molotov cocktails at several residential properties between March and April this year.

Deliveryman Kok Wan Liang, 37, pleaded guilty to all charges while Taiwanese national Lin Jia He, 25, entered a not guilty plea after the charges were read in Mandarin.
