00:02:06The career underdog being cheap-shotted by the secret Hermes, one time too many, that led to their ejection.
00:02:15And it was a big distraction for all involved, but it was Vega who got the opportunity to hit that patented code red
00:02:22and grabbed her first singles championship in WWE.
00:02:27Chelsea Green, the now former champ, left distraught that her time on the top is over.
00:02:34She is distraught indeed.
00:02:37Chelsea Green, as there she is in full-on grief-stricken funeral morning clothing,
00:02:45as she says to reap the loss of her U.S. championship.
00:02:49I'll give you a little more on that in a moment, but how quickly things can change.
00:02:53For months, it was Piper escorting out and serving at the right hand of the U.S. champ, Chelsea Green.
00:02:59And now it's Chelsea without the title and Piper taking on the new champ.
00:03:03Well, immediately, you see the disparity in physical advantages in this one.
00:03:09And Zelina Vega, right from the off the champ, looks like a mouse lost in a maze.
00:03:15And there's a big lion coming to eat her here in the form of Piper Niven.
00:03:19And Piper, boy, the size advantage.
00:03:22But being stretched out by Zelina Vega.
00:03:24It'll be interesting to see the strategy that Vega takes in taking on Piper in a spot like this,
00:03:29who looks to just splash but misses.

00:31:32has certainly sours the Emperor of Lucha Libre on the newcomer to SmackDown.
00:31:38But he decided it was a disgrace to the art form of Lucha that Ray Phoenix could lose to,
00:31:45in his words, a clown like that.
00:31:47And he blames Ray Phoenix for not jumping in with Legado del Fantasma
00:31:52and using Santos Escobar as a sort of mentor here on SmackDown for that loss.
00:31:58And now, I guess, it's going to be punishment time.
00:32:01Yeah, saying, basically, you're so right, though, with the early reception
00:32:04that Ray Phoenix was given by Santos Escobar,
00:32:08almost as if he was trying to recruit him.
00:32:10He was fawning.
00:32:12He was interested in everything he was doing.
00:32:14And these two have a fair bit of history.
00:32:16They have competed together many times in North America,
00:32:19the entire continent, including mainly in AAA,
00:32:23the newly acquired Mexican company south of the border.
00:32:28So they have a healthy professional respect for one another,
00:32:31but they've certainly never been bros or anything like that.
00:32:34I think Santos Escobar's attempts to bring Ray Phoenix into the fold
00:32:38has fallen on deaf ears.
00:32:40And now the Emperor of Lucha Libre is looking to teach him a lesson.

00:32:47and that is the focus of what we were just describing
00:32:49with what's happening on June 7th
