00:00You don't have much inflation. It's hard to have inflation.
00:03It was just announced that in the first quarter, investments in the United States are up 22 percent,
00:09that we're leading the whole world of investment.
00:12Everybody's pouring into our country with big dollars.
00:15And it's all about November 5th, the November 5th election and tariffs and incentives that we've given
00:21that are going to make this country so much richer.
00:24We have $36 trillion in debt.
00:27That's going to start to come off. It's going to come off rapidly.
00:30But we'll be over $8 trillion in investment with Apple and others investing $500 billion each.
00:40We've never had a period of time in two months because we're here for three months, a little bit more.
00:45But give me a break for the first month. You know, had to get a little acclimated.
00:49Had to see where the enemy lies because they're already looking to impeach Trump.
00:52You know, these crazy people. Let's impeach him. For what?
00:55We don't know exactly, but we'll try it. These people are crazy.
00:59So we had to, you know, get our bearings for the first couple of weeks.
01:03So in two months, we had over $8 trillion, think of it, committed.
01:10Nobody's ever seen anything like it.
01:11There's never been anything like it in any country at any time.
01:14And it's all because they want to avoid the tariffs.
01:17We want to get here fast.
01:18And I said, you know, a number of times, tariff is the most beautiful word in the world.
01:24And I got absolutely decimated by the fake news.
01:27They said, what about love? What about your wife?
01:31What about your parents?
01:33What about religion and God?
01:35So I said, all right, it's the fifth nicest word I've ever seen.
01:38And since I've done that, I've been in good shape.
01:41Nobody's bothered me.
01:42They've been very nice.
01:44So it's the fifth most beautiful word I've ever heard.
01:47But it's making us very rich.
01:48And you'll be seeing the results pretty soon, sooner than most people think.
01:53Because that's what other countries have been doing to us, just so you understand.
01:56They were tariffing the hell out of us.
01:58We couldn't sell cars in Europe.
02:00We couldn't sell cars in China.
02:02We couldn't sell cars in Japan or anywhere else.
02:04We couldn't do anything.
02:06And all we're doing is we're doing it to them, but we're doing it much better.
02:10And the U.S. military is suddenly seeing its best recruiting numbers ever.
02:14We've never had numbers like this.
02:22We now have waiting lists because there is such incredible spirit in our country.
02:27There's a great spirit.
02:28And just think, six months ago, and you remember, and it was embarrassing,
02:32before the election, six months ago, we were hearing and reading that numbers of those
02:37joining our military were at the worst levels ever.
02:41We've never had anything like it, right?
02:43You remember that?
02:44And now they're at the best levels ever.
02:46We have waiting lists to get into the military.
02:48We couldn't fill the positions.
02:55And that included in our police forces, our fire departments.
02:59We love our fire departments also.
03:01We can never forget our fire departments.
03:03But our police forces were begging for help.
03:08And now they are brimming over with people and applicants, and they're getting great ones.
03:12It's amazing what's taken place.
03:14And that's really the spirit each of the graduates in this arena will soon have the chance to
03:19help lead this project of national renewal.
03:23And that's what it is.
03:24It's a national renewal.
03:26We suffered so badly for four years.
03:28We had one of the greatest economies.
03:30We actually had the greatest economy in the history of our country during the first term of Trump.
03:35And then we got hit hard with inflation during the Biden economy.
03:42It was horrible.
03:43We were hit so hard.
03:44The worst probably ever.
03:46They say 48 years.
03:47We'll accept that.
03:48But I would say ever.
03:50You'll embrace this moment, and you'll step forward with strength and grit, faith, and patriotism to put America on a new trajectory for your children.
03:58And then you'll take your place among the greatest generations in the history of our country.
04:04I think you have a chance to be the greatest generation in the history of our country because we're turning it around, and you happen to be available.
04:13You're available.
04:20That's a good time to be available.
04:22There are some times when it's not so good to be available.
04:25But this is a great time.
04:27I'm absolutely confident that the Alabama class of 2025 is up to the task.
04:33Are you up to the task?
04:37You learned a lot about winning here in Alabama, and now we need you to help win for America.
04:45For the business majors here today, I challenge you not merely to use your talents for financial speculation,
04:53but to apply your great skills that you've learned and had to forging the steel and pouring the concrete of new American factories, plants, shipyards, and even cities,
05:04which are going up all over our country.
05:07Don't just build a strong portfolio.
05:09Build a very, very strong America, and you're going to do that.
05:13To the engineers, brilliant you are, technicians, scientists, and math majors,
05:26we need your Alabama spirit and competition to keep our country at the forefront of every single domain.
05:34America should have the world's tallest buildings, design the fastest airplanes, build the greatest cars,
05:41do everything the absolute best, better than any other nation in the world, and you can do it.
05:47And we will soon land American astronauts on Mars.
05:50That will happen.
05:51That will happen.
05:52In every field you have studied, there are problems to be solved and breakthroughs to be made.
06:05To the journalism majors, of which I've had a lot of problems with.
06:11I must be honest.
06:12I'm not sure I like them.
06:13No, I do.
06:14I do.
06:16But you're really leading a very thing because we need a great and free press.
06:20We need a brilliant press.
06:21They're like a watchkeeper.
06:22They're very important.
06:24And you can go out and take it down a new track.
06:27Help save the country.
06:31So important.
06:32Your task is so important.
06:34And it's to build a media that Americans can trust and remember.
06:39The people of this country, they know the truth when they hear it.
06:42That's why the ratings, the approval numbers of the media are so low.
06:47We need those ratings to be 100%.
06:50We have to be able to trust our media.
06:52They say you have to have that.
06:54You need strong, strong borders.
06:57And you need really free, fair, clean elections.
07:00You need those things.
07:01But the media is a big part of it.
07:03And in the world of health and medicine, there is an exciting new movement to get poisons out of our food supply, keep toxins out of our government, clean out our environment, and make America healthy again.
07:22And I think Bobby is going to do a great job.
07:24Don't you?
07:25I think so.
07:29I think he's the guy we needed.
07:30And in government, it is the task of your generation to replace bureaucracy, graft, and waste with a new system that defends American freedom.
07:40These are big tasks before you, but the reward for your hard work will be the United States of America is stronger, prouder, better, and more unified than ever, ever, ever before.
07:54Or it's going to be.
