00:07ay inilunsad ang Intramuros Summer Festival.

00:10Kung ano yan, panorin natin ito.

00:14Nagsimula ang pagtatayo ng mga pader ng Intramuros noong 1589

00:19upang palakasin ang depensa at proteksyon ng lungsod

00:22laban sa mga banyagang pagsalakay.

00:25Ang kagandahan ng Intramuros ay hindi lamang makikita sa physical nitong anyo

00:29kundi sa mayamang kasaysayan, kultura at diwang Pilipino

00:34na sumasalamin sa bawat bato, kalye at gusali.

00:38Kaya naman ilang beses na rin itong nabigyan ng pagkilala

00:41bilang Asia's Leading Tourist Attraction ng World Travel Awards

00:45noong 2016, 2020, 2022 at 2024.

00:51At sa taong ito, muli itong naging nominado.

00:54Kinilala rin ito bilang World's Leading Tourist Attraction noong 2020

00:58at napabilang din ang Intramuros sa listahan ng Bayonesco World Heritage.

01:02Sa taong ito, bilang pagdiriwang ng 46th founding anniversary

01:06ng Intramuros administration, ay ipinakilala ang kanilang first Intramuros Summer Festival.

01:13This Intramuros Summer Festival is being organized with the overall objective

01:19of promoting the rich history and culture of Intramuros.

01:23So we want to promote Intramuros as a vibrant, touristic and cultural destination.

01:27Iba't-ibang aktibidad ang na-enjoy ng mga dumalo sa Intramuros Summer Festival

01:32na ginanap sa Plaza Moriones sa Fort Santiago.

01:36We also hope that this trickle down to our local community and businesses here at Intramuros.

01:42So that's why for this festival, we have actually more learned and engaged our local community.

01:48So as mentioned, we have partnered with our Intramuros-based schools for the culture of performances for this festival

01:58and that we have also engaged our local businesses here for the pop-up markets

02:02which will happen all day throughout the festival.

02:04Inirunsa din ang Intramuros Passport o IP na pwedeng magamit sa paglilibot sa limang makasaysayang pook

02:11gaya ng Fort Santiago, Baluarte de San Diego, Casa Manila, Museo de Intramuros at Centro de Turismo Intramuros.

02:20Once they finish the trail, we'll have a special tokens and prices.
