Having recently appeared on Irish Television in the second series of the Liffey Laughs, and the new BBC Comedy series, One Night Stand, Keith Farnan is beginning to make an impression on a wider audience. Following on from appearances in the Kilkenny Cat Laughs Festival as well as the Edinburgh Festival Best of the Irish, and having played across Ireland and the UK, Keith is rapidly building up a reputation as one of the most energetic and intelligent of the new Irish acts to watch. He has not only played the Comedy Store in London but also won the inimitable Gong Show, which is the comedy equivalent of the Christians and the Lions. He has also played shows in New York such as Laughing Liberally and the Sweet Show, which hosts comedians and writers from Saturday Night Live and ESPN as well as playing clubs such as Stand-Up New York on Broadway and the Laugh Factory.
