This video shows part of a talk by Mr. Toshio Kimura, a former TEPCO's nuclear engineer, at an anti-nuclear rally held in Kochi Prefecture on April 29, 2011. He was living in a town 15km west of Fukushima Daiichi when the accident occured. He immediately evacuated with his family to Kochi Prefecture (southwestern part of Japan).
