Pitilie near Aberfeldy. Murder investigation launched after dog walker shot dead near Aberfeldy. Officers said 65-year-old Brian Low was shot in Pitilie on the outskirts of Aberfeldy at about 8.30am on Saturday, February 17. Following a post mortem, Mr Low's death is being treated as murder.
