00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use Microsoft Forms for Office 365 on a Mac computer, web-based. Without further
00:10ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a
00:15Mac computer. An account for Microsoft Office 365 can be for work, school or
00:21business. We are now ready to start the tutorial. Let's now go all the way down
00:25to the dock. Go to the web browser which is Safari in this case. Now go to
00:30office.com. Make sure you are signed into your account. Now let's go to the left
00:36hand side navigation menu. Click on all applications. Go to explore all your
00:41applications. Navigate to forms which will allow you to create a survey, quiz,
00:49polls and easily see results all in real time. So click on forms. Let's click
00:59on new form. This will now take us to a brand new form which we are going to
01:05create now. Let's add a new form. Let's give the form a title. So a question for
01:14computer science videos.
01:22And that is the title of the form itself. Let's now add the questions. Question
01:32number one. Do you watch computer science videos?
01:38Option one could be yes. No. Add another option. Sometimes. And we can add another
01:59option that says other. So let's move on to the next question which is when did
02:10you first start watching computer science videos?
02:29Just copy and paste the last section of that question. So this will have to be
02:43other as there is no specific date the users started to watch the channel
02:52unless we're talking before the creation of the channel which was physically
02:57impossible because the channel was not available and so all the time after the
03:04start of the channel. So I can have the option a few weeks ago, six months ago
03:24and other. They can specifically tell us the time and date they did start
03:31watching the channel itself. Another question could be do you follow
03:39computer science videos on social media?
03:44Add all and so that looks like it's done. Three questions for the purpose of
04:01this tutorial. We can have unlimited questions for the audience just to get
04:09to know the audience a fair bit better. So we can preview this on computer or
04:18mobile. Let's go back one. Let's now share this. Anyone can respond. Now let's copy
04:30the link. We can shorten the URL if we need to. Let's copy. The link is ready for
04:38you to paste. Let's now minimize Safari for the moment. Now let's scroll down to
04:42the dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to Opera and now paste this. Command V to paste and
04:59there we go. Let's now answer the question or the questions in the form. So
05:10do you watch computer science videos? Yes I do. When did you first start watching
05:15computer science videos? I'll just say six months ago. Do you follow computer
05:21science videos on social media? Yes I do. Submit. Thanks. Your response was submitted.
05:27We can now quit the form. Quit Opera. Go back all the way down to the dock. Go to
05:36Safari and now we have one response. We can now reload the page. Go to responses
05:43and there we go. One response. The average time taken to complete was 26 seconds.
05:50Status active. Let's now look at the pie charts. Do you watch computer science
05:55videos? Yes they do. When did you first start watching the channel? Six months
06:00ago. Do you follow the brand on social media? Yes I do. So I can also open this
06:08in Excel if I wish to. Allow. That gets downloaded. Let's open that up. Let's
06:17minimize Safari for the moment and there you go. Let's increase the size of Excel.
06:27Increase all the cells and there we have a table. ID number one. Start time.
06:36Completion time. The email is anonymous. The name is also anonymous. Do you watch
06:42computer science videos? Yes. When did you first start watching? Six months ago. Do
06:46you follow the brand on social media? Yes I do. Quit Excel. Go all the way down to
06:51the dock again. Go back to Safari and we can now quit Safari. And so that's it
06:58for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
