Grievances of The Baluch

It was an uphill task to make this documentary and to air it was even more a Herculean task which we did to bring the grievances of the Baluch to light. some of the speakers in the documentary were murdered ruthlessly allegedly by the establishment. For example Habib Jalib Baluch was a progressive nationalist and he always raised his voice against the oppression of the state against the marginalized. State has its own arguments largely based on the idea to thwart the insurgency. The documentary records the statements of the exiled Baluch leaders. Khan of Qallat accuses Punjabi establishment for the misery of the Baluch. The documentary traces if the Baluchistan can be saved by putting Musharraf to task! This documentary together with other voices eventually paved the way for Musharraf's trial in Pakistan and this trial is going on at the moment. While making this documentary it was a really an ordeal to travel in Baluchistan because we didnt take ISPR into confidence lest we should compromise on our content.
