The 195 countries participating in the COP21 Climate Change summit in Paris extended their Friday deadline for reaching a binding milestone agreement. While a consensus has been successfully achieved on most major points in the agreement, stumbling blocks include how countries will pay the cost of combating climate change and whether the cap on global warming should be set at 1.5°C or 2°C.
