Ingredients:
4 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Green Chutney
Coriander Leaves
1 Potato, chopped
7-8 Suke Bombil (Dry Bombay Duck)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Water
Method:
- First soak the bombil pieces in water for half an hour.
- In a pan heat some oil.
- Once the oil is hot add chopped onion. Saute well.
- Then add turmeric powder, green chutney paste & coriander leaves. Mix everything well.
- Add chopped potatoes, bombil pieces, salt & mix masala. Mix everything well.
- Add little water and mix well.
- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
- Bombil Batata Bhaji is ready to be served!
