Ingredients:-
Curd Mixture:-
4 tbsp. Curd
1 tbsp. Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tsp. Coriander and Cumin Powder
1 tsp. Paprika
Salt, to taste
½ tsp. Sugar

2 tbsp. Oil
½ tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp. Gram Flour
½ cup Water

3 Potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced


Method:-
- Mix all the curd mixture ingredients together and keep aside.
- In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, green chillies, coriander leaves and stir.
- Now add gram flour and roast well.
- Then add water and bring to a boil.
- Add the curd mixture along with some water and stir well.
- Add potatoes and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook fro 5 minutes. Turn the flame off.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.


Dahyatle Batate are ready to eat!
