Doug & Madeleine are back in the kitchen making an almond flavoured frozen yoghurt. It is the perfect summer treat!

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
450G GREEK YOGHURT
130ML OF ALMOND MILK
130G OF ALMOND BUTTER
1 VANILLA POD SCRAPED
1 PINCH OF SALT
4 TBSP HONEY

METHOD
BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS UNTIL COMPLETELY SMOOTH. TRANSFER MIXTURE TO AN ICE CREAM MACHINE AND CHURN ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER’S DIRECTIONS.

EAT IMMEDIATELY OR PLACE IN A AIR TIGHT CONTAINER AND FREEZE.
TOP WITH FRESH BANANA, FLAKES ALMONDS AND EXTRA HONEY.
