RECIPE (SERVES 2)
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE SALAD
6 LARGE HANDFULS OF KALE
SUNDRIED TOMATOES
AVOCADO
FOR THE DRESSING:
4 TABLESPOONS OF TAHINI
2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
3 TABLESPOONS OF SESAME OIL
2 TABLESPOONS OF TAMARI
2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
METHOD
REMOVE THE KALE LEAVES FROM THE STALK AND TEAR INTO SMALL PIECES AND PLACE IN A MIXING BOWL.
ADD THE TAHINI, OLIVE OIL, SESAME OIL, TAMARI AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TO THE BOWL AND USE YOUR HANDS TO MIX IT ALL IN, MASSAGING THE KALE LEAVES WITH THE DRESSING TO SOFTEN THEM. ADD IN YOUR FAVOURITE VEGGIES. ENJOY!
