Ingredients:
400 gms Singhara Fish (catfish)
Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Ginger - Garlic Paste
Salt
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Corn Flour
3 tbsp Gram Flour
1 tbsp Carrom Seeds (roasted)
2-3 tbsp Water
Raw Mango Powder
Method: Lets start with Taking Singhara Fish (catfish) in the bowl in which add Lemon Juice, Ginger - Garlic Paste & Salt. Next mix it together properly and marinate for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes add Red Chilli Powder, Corn Flour, Gram Flour, Carom Seeds (roasted) mix it again and add Water. Next Frying the Fish in the Pan (as shown in the video) and finally add in Raw Mango Powder on top of it. By this your Fish Fry is ready to serve.
