Ingredients
250 gm cottage cheese (paneer)
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp grated ginger
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt
Wheat flour
Water
Ghee
Method:
In bowl add 250 gm cottage cheese, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp grated ginger, freshly chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix well.
Now take a small portion of dough and roll it out. Place the paneer mixture on it and seal the dough to form a ball and roll out the stuffed dough gently.
Heat a pan and roast the paratha on both the sides, add ghee.
