Ingredients:-
Butter
1 Grated Onion
2 Boiled and half churned tomatoes
Cashew nut paste (Grind 2tbsp. Cashew-nut, 2 Green Chillies, 1-inch piece ginger, 3 tbsp. Milk)
½ Cup Milk
2 tbsp. Curd
2 tbsp. Fresh Cream
½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 tbsp. Raisins
1 tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
1 tbsp. Cashew-nuts
200gms. Lightly Fried Paneer Cubes
Steamed Cauliflower
Boiled green peas
Salt to taste
Method:-
In a pan, heat some butter and cook the grated onion until brown. Then add boiled and half churned tomatoes to it. Once the ingredients dry out a little add cashew-nut paste, milk, curd, cream, garam masala, raisins, walnuts, cashew nuts and mix it all together. Now add the paneer cubes, cauliflower, green peas and salt as required. Add milk if gravy is too dry.
Turn the flame off and Shahi Paneer is ready to serve with hot parathas!
