Ingredients:-
2 cups Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Carom Seeds
1 Finely Chopped Onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp. Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp. Cumin Powder
2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Leftover Dal
Oil
Ghee
Water as required
Method:-
1. In a bowl add, wheat flour, carom seeds, onion, salt, coriander seed powder, cumin seed powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, leftover dal and mix it nicely.
2. Now add water as required and knead it into a dough. Add oil to the dough and keep aside.
3. Take small portions of the dough and roll it out to make rotis.
4. Place the rotis on a hot pan and roast both sides.
5. Spread ghee on top of the roti as required.
