Ingredients:\r
DOUGH \r
1 CUP FLOUR\r
1 TSP SALT\r
1 TSP OIL\r
½ CUP WATER\r

MEAT STUFFING\r
2 TBS OIL\r
1 MEDIUM CHOPPED ONIONS\r
300G MINCED MEAT\r
2 TSP SALT\r
2 TSP BLACK PEPPER\r
2 TSP CUMIN POWDER\r
2 EGGS\r
1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES\r
1 CHOPPED STALK GREEN ONIONS\r
1 CHOPPED STALK GREEN LEEKS\r
1 SMALL DICED TOMATO\r

Recipe:\r
DOUGH PREPARATION\r
1) Mix all dough ingredients in mixture.\r
2) Spread little oil on top, cover with plastic, and let rest for 1 hour.\r

MEAT STUFFING PREPARATION\r
1) On high heat, add oil, chopped onions, minced meat, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp cumin powder. Cook till water dries.\r
2) Add meat mixture in bowl, add 2 eggs, green chilies, green onions, green leeks, tomatoes, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp cumin powder. \r

MAKING THE METABAG\r
1) Add little oil on working surface. Take a little dough (size of small lemon), spread it by hand and rolling pin, till you start seeing through it.\r
2) Add 2 tbsp meat mixture, and fold dough.\r
3) Add metabag on medium high heat pan, and cook for 2 minutes each side till light brown. Cook on each side for a few seconds.\r
