I really hope you like this (new) video of what I eat in a day, Vegetarian. If you would like me to do more of these, I am more than happy to do so! I would love to give you guys more ideas on other things that I eat in a day being vegetarian. Let me know if you want to see more of these videos!\r

Breakdown (recipes) of all the meals mentioned:\r
Breakfast - Smoothie\r
Frozen bananas, Frozen strawberries, apples, cucumber, carrots, ginger, spinach & a cup of almond milk.\r

Lunch - Sandwich:\r
Whole wheat bread, spicy hummus, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots & lemon.\r
\r
Lunch - Salads:\r
Tomato, cucumbers, corn, beets, carrots, chick peas, spinach pistachios with dressing on the side.\r
\r
Snack 1 - No make granola bar:\r
1 cup of oats\r
half cup of shredded coconut\r
half cup of chunky chocolate chips\r
3 tablespoons of chia/flax seed mix\r
3 tablespoons of peanut butter (less if you are not a big fan)\r
2-3 tablespoons of honey\r
1 table spoon of vanilla extr.\r
