Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Oil
Vegetables:-
1½ tbsp. Garlic, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 Onion, sliced at length
½ Capsicum, sliced at length
1 Carrot, sliced at length
½ cup Cabbage, sliced at length
Sauces:-
1½ tbsp. Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Paneer
1 Spring Onion, sliced at length
For Sealing the Spring Roll:-
1½ tbsp. All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 pinch Salt
Water
Oil for frying
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and and half cook the vegetables on a high flame.
2. Then add the sauces and mix well.
3. Now add paneer and salt. Toss lightly and add spring onion.
4. Turn the flame off and let the filling cool down to room temperature.
5. Mix the sealing ingredients and make a thick paste of it.
6. Assemble the spring roll and seal as shown in the video.
7. Deep fry in oil on a medium flame until golden brown in colour.
8. Cut into 2 pieces once it is cooled down to room temperature and serve.
