Ingredients:
1 cup - Wheat Flour
Salt
Oil
Water
Method of preparation: ( Traditional way)
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, water. Mix them well and knead it into a dough.
Apply some oil on the dough, cover it with a cloth and kept it aside to rest for 20 minutes.
Take a small portion of the dough make a ball, flatten it and dip it in wheat flour.
Start rolling out the dough until we get a round or circular disc-like shaped roti.
Keep the pan to heat on low flame, place the roti on it and once you see bubbles on it, flip it around and keep the gas on high flame.
When you start noticing brown spots on the roti, flip it and place the roti directly on the flame.
Once the roti is placed on the flame, it begins to puff up.
Immediately take the roti on a plate and apply ghee or oil on the roti and it's ready to be served.

Take a big dough ball and roll it in any way, but keep in mind that the thickness should be even on all sides.
Place a plate on it and give it a shape.
Keep the pan to heat on low flame, place the roti on it and once you see bubbles on the roti, flip it around and switch the gas on high flame.
