Ingredients:-
2 cups Jowar/Sorghum Flour
Warm Water
Method:-
- In a plate add Jowar flour, warm water and knead it into a dough.
The dough should be soft.
- Take a portion of the dough and make a ball.
- Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bread or bhakri or you can even do it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Place the bhakri on a hot pan and spread some water on it.
- Keep the gas on high flame and when the water evaporates, turn it on the other side.
- Now put the pan away and lift the bhakri using tong and roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides.
