Ingredients:
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Milk
2tbsp Custard powder
3 ½ tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Milk Masala powder
½ tsp Cardamom powder
1 cup Boondi
1 tbsp Milk Masala powder
Praline
Almond flakes for garnishing
Pistachio flakes for garnishing
Method of preparation:
Boil milk in a vessel, on other hand mix custard powder in milk and mix well so that there are no lumps formed.
Add sugar to the boiled milk, stir it till the sugar dissolves, add milk masala powder, cardamom powder, give it a mix.
Add custard milk to this mixture and boil it for 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Pour 3/4 part of the bowl with this milk mixture, and keep it inside a freezer for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl of boondi add milk masala powder, praline, mix well.
Take the custard out of the freezer and layer it with boondi, garnish it with Almond flakes, Pistachio flakes and chill it for 45 minutes before you serve.
Our Custard Boondi is ready to eat.
