Two-time Olympian and canoe slalom athlete Fiona Pennie is next to take you through a workout that she does as part of her day to day training. Get ready to get those shoulders/core burning!

Warm up:

1. Shoulder External Rotation and Press. 10 times. Dumbbell weight of choice.

20 seconds rest

2. Side Plank Rotations. 10 Rotations on each side.

20 seconds rest

3. Press Up Pause. 10 times

20 seconds rest

4. V-Sit Single Leg Hold. 30 seconds hold on each leg with 15 seconds rest between each leg.

20 seconds rest

5. Alekna Lateral. 10 reps on each arm. Light dumbbell.

2 mins rest between the sets and a total of 3 times through.
