Ingredients:
400 grams Potato (boiled, smashed & grated)
200 grams Gram flour
1 tsp Asafoetida
2 tbsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Oil
Method of preparation:
In a bowl add gram flour, potato, asafoetida, chaat masala, black pepper, garam masala, salt, mix it well and make it into a dough.
Apply a touch of oil to the dough, cover it and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, apply some oil and knead it one more time.
Take a sev mould, grease it with oil.
Add a portion of the dough inside it and press it.
Heat oil in a vessel and fry the bhujia's in it till the are golden brown.
Our Crunchy Aloo Bhujia's are ready.
