Ingredients:-
½ cup Dry Coconut, grated
2 Onions, sliced
Oil for frying
½-inch Ginger
3 cloves of Garlic
4-5 tbsp. Oil
1½ tsp. Garam Masala
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Thick Sev
Coriander leaves
Method:-
1. Roast the dry coconut until brown and transfer to the mixer/grinder vessel.
2. Roast the onions until golden brown and then add oil to it and fry until crispy.
3. Grind the roasted ingredients along with ginger and garlic to a smooth paste by adding water.
4. In a kadhai, heat oil and lower the flame. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and the ground paste.
5. Cook until the fragrance of garlic is no longer smelt.
6. Then add water, salt and boil once.
7. Turn the flame off and serve garnished with thick sev and coriander leaves.
Shev Bhaji is ready to eat!
