✡INGREDIENTS (1 cup = 255 ML)✡

2 cups besan / gram flour
3 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
3 tbsp milk
1 cup ghee / clarified butter
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Jaifil & javatri powder (Nutmeg & mace powder) 1/4 tsp

✡For Sugar Syrup:✡

1 cup sugar (Cheeni)
1/3 cup water


✡INSTRUCTIONS✡

️firstly, in a large bowl take besan and crumble with ghee and milk.

️keep aside for 30 min.

️bleand the crumbled besan with the help of bleander.

️now in a large thick bottomed kadai, heat a cup of ghee and besan.

️combine well keeping the flame on low.

️keeping the flame on low-medium till the mixture turns golden brown.

add mace powder,nutmeg powder and cardamon powder to the besan mixture.

️Add sugar and water into pan and cook 5 min boil the syrup till 2 string consistency is attained turn the flame of.

️transfer the sugar syrup over besan mixture.

️stir continuously, till the sugar syrups combines well with besan mixture.

️continue to stir for 5 minutes or til the mixture cools.

️transfer the mixture to the ghee greased plate.

️level it up and set to a block making an inch thick.

️add finely chopped pistachios,almonds and melon seeds.

️cool completely for 2-3 hours.

️cut the mohanthal into square pieces.

️finally, serve or store mohanthal for a week by refrigerating.

️ab grease ki howi try main dal ker 2-3 ghantay kay liyay rah dain apni pasand kay pices main katain or aik haftay tak frige main rak ker enjoy karain.
