Panchmel dal or Panchratan dal is a mixer of five lentils (Dal) Moong, Urad, Arhar, Chana and Masoor. Panchratan Dal is a unique North Indian dish serve with paratha, roti etc.

Moong Dal – 40 Gms
Urad Dal – 40 Gms
Arhar Dal – 40 Gms
Chana Dal – 40 Gms
Masoor Dal – 40 Gms
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Cumin Seed – 1 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Cooking oil – 1 Tsp
Tomato – 2 pcs (Small)
Onion – 1 pcs (Big)
Bay Leaf – 2 pcs
Chili Pepper – 3 pcs
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Ghee – 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Green Chili – 3 pcs
Ginger – 1 pcs (sliced)
Garlic – 5-10 pcs (sliced)
Asafoetida (Hing) – ½ Tsp
Lemon – ½ pcs
Coriander Leaf – For garnishing
