Coalgate scam: Petition filed against Solicitor General Harin Rawal

Petitioner M L Sharma files an application demanding appropriate action against the Additional Solicitor General Harin Rawal and Attorney General Goolam Vahanvati for misleading the court that the status report which was filed before the Supreme Court was not shown to political executive. He also demanded removal of Sriprakash Jaiswal as coal minister so that he can't influence the investigation into the whole scam.
