Burpees are amazing by themselves as they are strength and cardio all in one. It strengthens all parts of your body. It’s effective, challenging, and requires no equipment! To begin, start with your feet shoulder width apart. Squat as low as you can and place your hands on the floor, and follow it up by getting into a push-up position. Do a push-up! And slowly coming into a squat-like position, jump up throwing your hands above your head. Land and repeat. This is a full body heart-pumping exercise!
