Ingredients for SALTED CARAMEL SPREAD:
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter(unsalted)
- 1 tsp Salt
Ingredients for SUGAR COATED NUTS:
- 1 cup Almonds
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Butter
Ingredients for HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate(chopped)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Method for SALTED CARAMEL SPREAD:
1. Heat a sauce pan and add sugar to it
2. Once the sugar melts, add cream to it
3. After around a minute of boiling, add butter to the sauce pan and mix it
4. Now, turn off the flame and add salt to the pan
5. Stir it and keep it aside to cool and once it is cools down, the Salted Caramel Spread will thicken
Method for SUGAR COATED NUTS:
1. Take almonds in a baking tray and roast it at 180°C for around 7 minutes
2. Now, in a pan add honey, sugar, water and let it heat on low flame
3. Add roasted almonds to this pan and coat it with the syrup
4. Turn off the flame and keep mixing it, till the almonds get a good solid coating of sugar & honey
5. Now add butter to the pan and mix it with the almonds
6. Take the almonds out on a plate; spred it out and let it cool completely
Method for HOT CHOCOLATE MIX:
1. Take cocoa powder in a jar
2. Add milk powder on top of cocoa powder
3. Top milk powder with chopped milk chocolate and sugar
