The shami is an authentic Hyderabadi cuisine which is made by a paste of meat and chana dal. shami kebab is one such scrumptious recipe that belongs to Mughal Cuisine. kebabs are a perfect snack option during Ramadan and also a great side dish to Biryani.

Ingredients -
(serves 4)

250 kgs Mutton Keema / मटन कीमा
1/2 cup Split Bengal Gram (Soaked) / चना दाल
1 Onion (Chopped) / प्याज
2 Green Chillies / हरी मिर्च
1 tbsp Green Garlic / हरा लहसुन
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped) / अदरक
10- 12 Mint Leaves / पुदीने की पत्तियां
Coriander Leaves / धनिये के पत्ते
1 cup Water / पानी

1 tsp Cumin Seeds (roasted) / जीरा
1 tsp Cubeb Pepper / कुबेब चिनी
4-5 Cloves / लौंग
2-3 Cinnamon Stick / दालचीनी
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder / धनिया पाउडर

1 tsp Ginger / अदरक
1 tsp Green Garlic / हरी लहसुन
Coriander Leaves / धनिये के पत्ते
1/2 Onion / प्याज
1 tsp Garam masala / गरम मसाला
1 tsp Red chilli powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Salt / नमक
1/2 Lemon Juice / नींबू का रस
2 Egg yolk / अंडे की जर्दी
1 tbsp Fresh Cream / मलाई
Oil / तेल
