Started a few sets of two Hang Pulls before each Snatch to help my timing. It DEFINITELY made a huge difference!!
From there, I went up in 5.5lb/2.5kg increments up to 172.25lb. I feel that the bottom landing position is getting deeper and more consistent. Praise the Lord!! This more consistent lower position seems to expose a Press Out issue which I will work on as well. God Bless!
