1st set was 134lb while the rest were 156lb. If you recall, last time l was struggling with 161lb for singles so this is a B-I-G improvement! The movement pattern is feeling stronger and my endurance is improving. More consistency and endurance in the right places as l add weight is all l need. God Bless!!
