R. PARAMOUNT V BFCO V YORK 3rd Gen 45lb Hub Lifts

Bit of a Hub Lifting shootout with rounded edge Paramount, Bell Foundry Company & York Barbell Company Deep Dish 45lb plates. Traditionally, the 3rd Gen York 45s are THE Gold Standard of Hub Lifting but, at this stage, I'm gonna say this Paramount edges ahead: I can't even budge it off the floor with my left hand!! BFCO 45s have been close to the 3rd Gen Yorks but, tonight, they feel ridiculously easy so, I would say they are a DISTANT third in Hub Lifting difficulty!! Hope you enjoyed the liftin'! God Bless!!
