Fish Bhuna Curry A super delicious Indian fish curry. Fish Bhuna Masala Curry is an authentic curry recipe prepared using Mustard Oil, chillies, masalas and Fish (Rawas). The secret to the flavour of this dish is frying the spices until extremely fragrant.

Fish Bhuna Masala Ingredients -
To Marinate Fish
1 Kg Fish Indian Salmon Fillets (Rawas Fish)
Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
1 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Juice of 1 Lemon
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp Mustard Oil

To Fry Fish
2-3 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Marinated Fish

To Make Fish Masala
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 1/2 Onions
1 Carom Seeds
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
4 Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
Water
1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
2 Indian fish Fillets (cooked and shredded)
Fried Fish
Coriander leaves (chopped)
