Victoria Police launches tool to stop harassment

In an Australian first Victoria Police is calling on public transport users to report sexual offending and bad behaviour by texting information and photos. Officers say it'll help them find and charge those doing the wrong thing. But as Annie Kearney reports experts warn it could pose potential privacy issues.
