We bet you’ve had a lot of cow and goat milk-based food. How about desserts and cheeses made with buffalo milk? Shunde’s the hidden gem where you can find all things buffalo milk.

China has one of the most diverse palates ever, thanks to the country’s many different regions and ethnicities. Shunde, a place along the Pearl River Delta, has a history of breeding buffalos, encouraging many locals to come up with buffalo milk-based products.
