Two new state laws seek to stop catalytic converter theft

Catalytic converter thefts is a problem pretty much everyone has heard of and a lot of people have experienced. That's why in 2023, two new California state laws are in effect that are intended to deter and penalize the sale of illegally obtained catalytic converters.
