For the Curry Paste
5-6 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
Coriander Stalks (chopped)
4-6 Bird's Eye Chillies
2 tsp Sugar
Lemongrass Stalks (chopped)

1/4 cup Shallots

200 gms Chicken Breast (cut into strips)
