Con i partner finanziari è importante avere massima collaborazione e trasparenza, quindi dire dove si può arrivare e chiedere sostegno, dall'altra parte tranquillizzare il personale cercando di istituire un clima di fiducia e prospettiva futura” ha spiegato Bruno Lupani, Group CFO Raccortubi.

00:07 First of all, the moment is one of huge changes.
00:11 We have had COVID, the energy crisis,
00:15 we work in the energy sector,
00:18 so our bills have exploded.
00:21 How do we deal with it?
00:23 First of all, having a long-term vision,
00:26 trying to have maximum collaboration and transparency with our financial partners.

00:37 because when a bill becomes five times as much,
00:40 it is obvious that a company cannot support you at that moment.

01:02 collaborators, colleagues, they are afraid of the future.
01:05 We are facing the moment through training programs.
01:11 Training is not only used to create technical know-how,

01:19 Very often during the COVID period,
01:21 our colleagues were distant or could not speak,
01:25 and we realized that this has really brought a isolation of people.
01:30 So, creating training moments or creating trans-functional projects can help.

01:41 we have introduced "those who give birth to a child, we give a family a prize",
01:46 a small gesture, but it is very appreciated as support.
