Light Smokey Eye Makeup Tutorial

00:04 I've decided to film a makeup tutorial on how I get work ready.
00:08 Every day I use these products and put it on this way, every day before shooting, and
00:12 I have for, gosh, at least the past year.

00:22 The first thing I do is moisturize my face, and I use a Dior moisturizer that has SPF
00:27 in it.
00:28 And then I start with my foundation.
00:30 For modeling, I use the Dior Skin Air Flash.
00:35 It's like a spray foundation.
00:36 You have to shake it up.
00:39 And I use a Sephora flat top brush to put it on with.
01:01 A little bit of the foundation goes a long way.

01:51 next step I do is my concealer, and I use a matte concealer that looks like this.
01:56 And I put it on with a matte concealer brush.
01:58 It's the 286 brush.
01:59 So just go like this, a little bit on the brush.
02:10 Just dab under my eyes.
02:11 I have pretty dark circles under my eyes, and I like to brighten it up a lot, especially
02:17 for pictures.
02:46 And the next step I do is I set my concealer with a powder.
02:50 And I use this contour kit by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
02:55 And I use this banana powder color, and I just swirl a big powder brush around.
03:02 And then just dab under my eyes to set the powder.
03:06 It helps it stay in place and not move.
03:23 The next thing I do is my eye makeup, and I use the Urban Decay Naked palette.
03:27 The first color I start with is this naked color right here.
03:33 And I just use this end of the brush that comes with it.
03:39 And start in the outer corner of my eye, just patting it.
03:47 And then I'll go back and get some more, and I'll kind of start swirling it.
03:51 I have really small eyes and small lids, as you can tell right here.
03:56 So it's harder to make your eyes look bigger with such small lids, but I finally found
04:04 a way that I like.
04:05 And it starts with putting the color and darkening this outer part right here.
04:17 Then I'm going to take this sin color.
04:38 It's a shiny color that I really like.
04:42 And then I'm going to swivel up with this palette all along my lid.
05:00 Then I'm going to go back in with a darker brown color called Bug.
05:22 Just to deepen up the outer corner of my eye.
05:45 And a little more definition.
05:46 Then I'm going to go in with this virgin color right here, and put it in the inner corner.
05:49 I like an inner corner highlight right here.
05:55 Looks really pretty.
06:17 The next thing I do is put on eyeliner.
06:20 I use this Bobbi Brown gel liner in the color black with the Bobbi Brown ultra fine eyeliner
06:27 brush.
06:28 And I just put a line across the side of the outer corner.
06:55 Okay.
07:03 Other eye.
07:27 I'm not very good at doing eyeliner, but...
07:57 The mascara will help even it out.
08:16 Sometimes I even go back over with the liquid liner.
08:20 And I'm going to do that right now.
08:25 I'm actually getting ready for work.
08:51 The next step is putting on mascara.
08:52 And I have two mascaras that I use.
08:55 One is L'Oreal Telescopic in Carbon Black, and I really love this one.
09:00 And the next one is the Dior Iconic Overcurl Mascara.
09:03 And I really like the brush on this one.
09:05 I'm almost out, but after I use the L'Oreal Telescopic, I'll go back in with this.
09:19 Okay guys, the next step I do is contouring.
09:37 And I use my contour kit from Anastasia Beverly Hills again.
09:41 And I use this middle dark brown color right here, and a MAC 129 brush.
09:49 And just dab it on both sides, and I suck my cheeks in like this, and put it along this
09:55 line.
10:02 And then I'll put some right here on my forehead.
10:31 Bronze up a little bit.
10:35 And the last step I normally do before lips is blush.
10:39 And I love the MAC Peachy Keen Blush.
10:41 It's one of my favorites.
10:42 I use it every day when I model.
10:45 And then a MAC blush brush, which is the 116 brush.
10:49 I'll just dab.
10:51 God, I've got brush hairs everywhere.
10:57 Just dab.
11:02 This is actually ridiculous.
11:13 Alright guys, the last step is lips.
11:28 And today I'm going to put on MAC Viva Glam 5 Lipstick.
11:44 It's more of a neutral color, so I'll go with a lot of things.
11:48 Sometimes I just put on lip gloss, something simple.
11:51 And if I'm feeling sassy, I'll put on red or pink.
