00:00 Hi, today I'm going to do a look using some of the really strong blues and green eye colours
00:09 that I have in my kit, because those shades were featuring quite a bit in the Spring/Summer
00:14 shows and I've also noticed that they are coming through a lot for Autumn/Winter.
00:19 So I'm going to do some kind of a look, I'm not sure exactly what yet, on the lovely model
00:25 Maeve.
00:26 It'll probably be quite peacocky because those kind of shades lend themselves to a kind of
00:32 peacocky eye.
00:33 I'm going to do something quite fun, something quite dramatic and a little bit exaggerated,
00:40 so good for a club or a party.
00:45 And I've also got some quite fun eyelashes that have peacocky feathers on them, so I'm
00:50 going to try and weave those into it as well.
00:52 So let's see what we get and I hope you like the look.
00:56 I'm going to start by using NARS Pro Prime all over the eyelids.
01:03 Next I'm going to use some Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in number 22.
01:05 So I'm going to put this straight onto Maeve's eyelids and blend in the edges a little bit.
01:12 So that's just a good base of the Aqua Cream and now I'm going to use the NARS pencil in
01:17 larger than life just to map out a shape.
01:27 So that's the kind of shape I'm going for.
01:30 So I'm just filling in between the lines now.
01:32 OK, moving on to the eyeshadow, I'm going to use this loose powder by L'Oreal.
01:37 Using a damp brush so I can get quite a good amount of product.
01:41 So just start to apply the shadow on top.
01:47 Then blending that seam.
01:49 There's a lot of fallout which is why I'm going to do foundation later.
01:57 Next I'm going to use the Make Up For Ever Midnight Blue slightly glittery liner.
02:02 This is number 6.
02:11 Brush that into the roots of the lashes.
02:14 I'm going to trace that along the lower first little bit of the blue wing as well.
02:24 Then underneath, start at the inner corner and just trace a line.
02:33 Now using the same colour, I'm going to take the liner off onto a brush.
02:42 Just going to go over that and just make it neater.
02:48 Your very, very long eyelashes are getting in the way.

02:53 Next I'm going to use this Inglot colour which is very teary and quite shimmery.
03:00 This is number 32.
03:01 I'm just going to use that to blend in those two edges in between the blue and the green.
03:06 It doesn't look that much different but it's just taking the graduation a little bit smoother.
03:13 Before I clean up cheeks and things, I'm just going to put a little bit of this Max Factor
03:17 pencil at the inner corner.
03:23 I just like this colour.
03:24 It's really very iridescent.
03:31 Before I carry on with the rest of the eye makeup, I'm going to use these fake lashes
03:35 with these beautiful teal feathers on the end.
03:38 They're from Mr. Mascara.
03:40 I just need to trim a couple off the inner corner because they're a little bit too long
03:44 across.
03:45 Now just before I stick them on, just put a tiny bit of black mascara and then just drop
03:51 them into place.
03:54 Pull them out a little bit more I think.
03:57 I'm just going to leave those to dry for a moment.
04:01 Just open your eyes for me.
04:02 Just check they're not sticking.
04:04 Okay, let's let those dry.
04:07 Next I'm going to use Liz Earle Sheer Tint in number one.
04:09 This is like a tinted moisturiser.
04:12 A little bit more coverage but same sort of effect.
04:15 I'm going to use minimum product so the skin looks practically as if there's nothing on
04:21 it at all.
04:22 Next I'm going to use Healthy Mix Concealer in number 52.
04:26 Just look up for me.
04:30 Just under the eyes mainly.
04:34 Just blend that along underneath the line.
04:37 I'm also going to do a little bit of smaller concealing as well.
04:45 Okay now for brows, I'm just going to use this gel by MAC and just brush through them.
04:52 I'm not going to use any powder or darken them at all.
04:56 Back to eyes and it's really annoying me this lash, sorry this feather here is really twisting

05:01 I guess that's just the way they are, that they're slightly random.
05:04 Okay, I'm going to use some black liner.
05:08 Look up for me.
05:09 Black track by MAC along the water line.
05:17 Next I'm going to use black track again just to blend in the lashes at the inner corner.
05:22 I'm going to go back in with my mascara which is Bourjois Volumizer.
05:30 I'm using step one which is the first brush at the top.
05:34 This time I'm using it for the lower lashes.
05:36 Just look up for me.
05:37 I'm going to give quite a bit of drama there so they mimic the feathers.
05:44 So I'm going to make them nice and long and dramatic like spiders legs.
05:50 We call them flies paws.

05:56 I think you mean flies legs, like the legs of the flies.

06:27 So, okay, we've got our spiders legs, aka flies paws on.
06:35 Next I'm going to use a clapped Miracle highlighter.
06:41 Just a bit of sheen on the top of the cheekbones just underneath those lovely feathery lashes.
06:50 Just blend that in.
06:53 Just so it catches the light a little bit.
06:56 Next I'm going to use the Kevin Aucoin blusher in natural.
07:00 Mainly just underneath the cheekbones.
07:03 Just a touch for shading.
07:05 Next I'm going to use some Nuke's lip balm.
07:13 This is the only thing I'm going to use on lips.
07:15 I just want them to look moisturised but not too shiny.
07:21 For the last touch I'm going to use some of Illamasquera's solstice liquid metal.
07:28 Put it onto a brush.
07:29 Then I'm just going to dab that in here in the inner corner.
07:41 Just a flash at the inner corner like that.
07:45 So that's the gold on.
07:48 I like the gold.
07:49 I think it's adding quite a lot to it.
07:51 It's quite good.
