00:00 Hey guys, so before I actually start the video I'm just going to say this is going to be
00:11 a talk over, is that what you say?
00:14 A voice over and not a talk through video.
00:16 Okay so in this clip I'm going to start doing my eyebrows and I'm filling them in with just
00:23 an angled brush and I am using the Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade in the color Soft Brown.
00:32 So as you guys can see I'm just filling them in.
00:37 You guys don't have to fill them in like this but I like filling them in this way.
00:42 You can use a pencil, you can use a powder but I like using the gel.
01:03 So now that we're done with our eyebrows we're going to get our concealer and I'm using the
01:30 Maybelline New York in the shade Fair Claire number 15 and I just use this concealer to
01:37 just clean up any mistakes we made and just clean up our brows.
01:42 And a quick side note, I have a few bald spots since I'm still breastfeeding so just like
01:46 try to ignore that throughout the clip.
01:49 And you can use any type of brush you like.
01:51 I like this round one because it's like flexible and it gets into like those tiny little areas
01:58 but I'm always indecisive and I always end up switching like what brush I use.
02:24 So once you're satisfied with your eyebrows I'm just going to go in with a primer.
02:35 Well actually I'm not going to go in with a primer, I'm going to go in with a concealer
02:38 and just try to neutralize my eyelids so any color I use can pop and then conceal all my
02:45 little blemishes as you guys can see.
02:48 I have a lot of them and I'm still using the Maybelline Fit Me in the color Fair Claire
02:56 number 15.
02:57 And right here I'm using my damp beauty blender to just really soak in that product in my
03:02 skin and make it as natural as possible to make it look like I have no blemishes.
03:16 And now we're going to get our eyeshadow brush that we use to clean up our eyebrows and just
03:21 blend in the concealer on our eyelids.
03:24 This really helps just make any color you use pop.
03:28 Since I haven't bought the matte concealer that a lot of people use on their eyelids.
03:34 So just use any clear concealer or any white base on your eyelids.
03:39 So as you guys can see I'm just blending that out and dragging that under my eyes.
03:47 And then right here I'm just going to get a blending brush and use NYC's Smooth Skin
03:55 Bronzing powder and it is in the color Sunny.
04:03 So I mostly use this color as a transitioning color and it's one of my favorite transition
04:10 shades.
04:11 So you just want to really blend that out.
04:16 Blend blend blend.
04:17 That's like the biggest tip I could give you guys.
04:20 Just blend that eyeshadow out.
04:45 So once we're done blending that out we're going to get our MAC palette.
04:49 You could get this at Nordstrom or any MAC store.
04:53 I'm pretty sure they still carry it around.
04:55 I don't know the name of the eyeshadows but just look at the shade and if you have the
04:59 palette you'll know what colors I'm using.
05:02 So right here I'm just using a really shimmery champagne color and just get any eyeshadow
05:08 brush and you're just going to apply this all over the lid.
05:20 And these colors aren't as opaque as I want them to be so you're going to have to add
05:27 a few coats of this as you guys can see.
05:31 From the video you're going to tell how many coats I'm using because I like my color to
05:34 be very bright and stand out.
05:38 Looking for them to stand out.
05:39 So I'm going to go ahead and put this on my lid.
05:40 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:41 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:42 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:43 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:44 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:45 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:46 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:47 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:48 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:49 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:50 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:51 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:52 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:53 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:54 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:55 I'm going to put this on my lid.
05:56 I'm going to put this on my lid.
06:08 And with this champagne color I'm using, try not to put it all the way to the crease because
06:12 as I've said, the transition color, you really don't want to cover that up because the transition
06:19 color is one of the most important techniques to a well blended color.
06:24 And right here you can see me using a slimmer, smaller in size blending brush and I'm getting
06:31 the sandy brownish color and I'm using this as another, I'm using this as a crease color.
06:39 And you're just going to want to blend that out again.
06:42 Like I said, blending out is one of the most important techniques you can learn when doing
06:49 your eyeshadow.
06:50 So just blend that sucker right up.
06:55 So right here I'm just zooming in so you guys can see what it's starting to look like.
07:00 And just, as I keep saying, just blend out the eyeshadow.
07:06 And once we're done with that, we're going to get a small little crease brush.
07:10 It's an angled brush but I use it on the crease.
07:12 So I call it a crease brush.
07:14 And I'm getting a darker shade of brown and all these colors are on the MAC palette that
07:21 I mentioned earlier.
07:22 And I'm just using it on the crease just to add some dimension and some darkness onto
07:27 the crease.
07:30 After you finish the crease part, you're going to want to get another angled brush and just
07:36 get a color from the Naked 2 Urban Decay Basic palette.
07:42 And I use the first shade and it's called Skimp.
07:45 So you're going to want to use that as the highlight underneath the brow, the brow bone.
07:53 But I use a lot of different like layers of white because I like my under brow area to
08:00 really pop.
08:04 Like I mentioned, I use a lot of different colors and right here I'm using the Lorac
08:13 palette and I'm using the color white.
08:19 You guys don't have to use these colors, I'm just telling you guys what I'm using in the
08:23 video.
08:24 And then I also use this brush just to like blend everything out so everything transitions
08:35 nicely and there's no harsh lines or anything like that.
08:40 And right here I grabbed another flat brush just to really make the white underneath the
08:44 brow bone pop.
08:54 And then going back with the blending brush just blend everything evenly so they all transition
09:00 nicely.
09:04 Right here I'm just playing back with all the colors I felt lost their intensity and
09:09 I always do this.
09:10 So just go back to whatever you think lost it's color, just go back and add more of it.
09:19 Like right here I lost some of the intensity on the lid so I just went back and added a
09:24 little bit more onto the lid.
09:30 And here I'm getting a small little crease, not crease brush, just a small concealer brush
09:35 and I'm using that underneath the brow.
09:37 I guess I didn't like how the intensity was looking.
09:41 I wanted it a little bit more intense and just cleaning up under the brow.
09:49 I sometimes do this when I'm not satisfied with the whiteness.
09:53 Like if it doesn't pop as much as I want it to so I just use the concealer just to brighten
09:57 it up a little bit more.
10:03 You don't have to do this part but I just do it like I mentioned because I like the
10:07 white, my highlight, my brow bone highlight to really really pop.
10:13 And I know some people don't like that but a girl loves it so what can I do.
10:21 So right here I'm just blending everything out one last time.
10:25 Just making sure everything is looking how I want it to look.
10:29 I got a wipey and I'm just cleaning all the excess eyeshadow that fell underneath my eye.
10:36 I love doing this part because sometimes when I'm using so many layers of eyeshadow a lot
10:41 of excess eyeshadow and fallout lands on my face and you really don't want that when you
10:48 want a nice clean foundation look.
10:53 I did this off camera because it's really hard for me to apply fake lashes just using
10:58 a small mirror.
10:59 Right here I just added the Ardell Wispy Lashes because I think those are the most natural
11:06 and they just look good on me.
11:09 I tried the dramatic look ones and it just wasn't looking that good.
11:14 Right here I'm just grabbing the beauty blender and applying some Makeup Forever foundation
11:23 and I'm using the foundation Makeup Forever HD foundation in the shade N118.
11:36 So I'm just pressing that on my face and applying it.
11:44 I used two different techniques throughout this video on how to apply foundation and
11:50 I really like how I use, I start off by using the damp beauty blender and then I go on with
11:57 actually using a brush.
11:59 You guys are going to see that right now.
12:03 And I actually use two products for my face.
12:07 I use the HD Makeup Forever foundation and I mix that in with the BB cream from Bobbi
12:16 Brown in the color Fair.
12:24 And I'm going to add some clips in of all the products I use just in case you guys are
12:28 like visual learners.
12:30 And I'm just going back and blending everything out.
12:35 One last time, right here I'm just making sure the foundation is stuck on that face.
12:50 It doesn't hurt to really blend out that makeup, that foundation I mean.
12:56 Blending is key.
12:58 Oh right there I showed you guys that I'm using both of the, both of these eyeshadows,
13:05 I mean eyeshadows, I mean foundations.
13:07 Right there I got the Morphe brush and that's the last step in the foundation part.
13:15 I go back and just apply the foundation with the brush just to add more coverage.
13:37 And I'm mixing, mixing them two.
13:38 I was a little ahead of myself.
13:39 So right here, this is where I mix the two.
13:41 So I started off with the Makeup Forever and then right here with the brush I mixed both
13:48 the BB cream and the foundation and I'm just pounding that on my face.
13:53 I hate the word pounding.
13:54 I should, I should find myself a different word.
13:55 So right here I'm just applying that to my face, making sure I blend everything out.
14:04 Get it on my neck.
14:08 It's really important to get it on your neck just so it doesn't look like there's two different
14:14 shades.
14:15 Hey guys, so I'm sorry that the video got cut.
14:19 My battery died and I couldn't, I thought it was still on and I was just like doing
14:24 my makeup and then I realized it wasn't.
14:26 So this is the final look.
14:27 All I did was just bronze up my face, contour a little, blush and some highlight.
14:34 And then I added gloss and mascara and all that stuff.
14:37 So thank you guys so much for watching and if you guys like more of these videos, and
14:41 obviously I'll do more, but I'll make it better.
14:44 Because this is like, I haven't done it in so long I'm kind of like rusty to it, but
14:47 I'm pretty sure once I get the hang of it and get lights and get more beauty products
14:53 and all that stuff, I'll definitely be better at it and it'll look way better.
14:58 But yeah, if you guys want more of these beauty videos, please let me know and let me know
15:02 what type of videos you guys want to see, like beauty related.
15:06 So I hope you guys enjoyed this video, I'm so sorry that it got cut off because of my
15:10 battery.
15:11 But thank you guys for watching and yeah, please like, subscribe and share.
15:16 Bye guys!
